The first thing that comes to mind about the Max Mara fashion show is Anna Wintour’s record-breaking speedy exit at the end of the show. Just 30 seconds to leave the Sala Montenapoleone escorted by her bodyguards. And not a hair out of place. Brilliant! We had been in the fair for about three hours. On Saturday morning it was raining, the show was due to start at 10.45, but didn’t get started until around 11.30.
