The work after the fashion show

After the Sportmax show, I stayed at the fair waiting for the beta copies of the films to send to the TV stations.
My colleagues went back to our offices and started editing the show photos, selecting the strongest and most iconic ones to send to the daily papers, websites and blogs.
Once we get back to the office, there're still plenty of work to be done: first we divide the initiations (which we take from the guests when they arrive) to check on the presences and find out who really came to watch the show.
Then we talk to the foreign PR officers to hear the reactions and comments of the foreign journalists on the collection.
We also hold informal meetings with the Head of Communications (the Boss), to see how the brand was considered during the previous season in the different markets.
Each PR officer has a book in which they collect editorials, news, columns pages and articles about us.
The boss assesses and comments on it all prior to the PR meeting held after the Max Mara fashion show.
